Consider writing
Describes the issueI have experienced comments in the workplace that I find offensive and would appreciate a more respectful and inclusive culture.
Even with strong technical safeguards, a comment that describes a unique role, location, event, or personal circumstance may identify its author.
The more specific you can be about the issue itself, rather than about who you are, the more useful your feedback will be, and the better your anonymity is preserved.
